A DOCU is an exchange rate related security with a potential yield which is generally higher than a standard money market investment.
When your DOCU matures, you will receive your initial investment including earnings either in the original reference currency or in the second currency, depending on the exchange rate.
A DOCU can be described as a combination of a fixed time placement and a short call option on the reference currency.
