This is a diversified European Real Estate Income Fund launched in January 2004 as a vehicle for investors to gain exposure to the European property markets. The Portfolio is invested in geographically diverse markets and across property sectors such as logistics and office premises.

SARAYA Real Estate MENA Fund
The SARAYA Real Estate MENA Fund is a flagship real estate product that aims at capitalizing on the economic growth and development overtaking the region in general, and on the unprecedented boom in the real estate and tourism sectors in particular.
The Fund is sponsored by Arab Bank plc and Saraya Holdings Limited with ATLAS Investment Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arab Bank plc and its investment banking arm acting as the Fund Manager and Saraya Real Estate Development Group acting as the Property Adviser.
The Fund seeks to raise USD 250 million, of which USD 25 million has been committed by each of the Fund sponsors, for a total of USD 50 million as seed capital. Institutional and high net worth individuals are welcome to subscribe for units in the Fund during the offer period which has commenced on 19 February, 2006.
The minimum investment amount in this fund is USD 500,000.

This is Arab Bank's second European Real Estate Income Fund launched in September, 2006. The Fund will invest in properties in northern European locations across diverse sectors such as logistics, office, retail and industrial premises.
