Hala Arabi subscribers services, a set of automated services which enable you to do the following:

  • Enquire about your account(s) balance(s)
  • Enquire about your last 10 transactions
  • Enquire about details of your fixed deposit
  • Request your account statement by mail
  • Order cheque books
  • Transfer money between your own accounts
  • Transfer money to Arab Bank customers in UAE (requires 2nd password).
  • Pay your utility bills (DEWA, SEWA,  ETISALAT)
  • Settle your Visa Credit Card payment.
  • Stop your card (Visa Electron Card & Visa Credit Card)
  • Inquire about card balance and payment details
  • Inquire about last 10 transactions on your Credit Card
  • Inquire about our services, Arab / Foreign currencies rates, deposits interest rates and our branches telephone numbers.

Non-Hala Arabi subscribers services, a set of automated services which enable you to do the following:

How to subscribe to Hala Arabi service?
To subscribe to this free service, all you need is to call Hala Arabi on 04-4450000, select the language and then select options 2 then 3, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will attend to your request. Alternatively you can fill the application at your branch.
