Account Digital Onboarding


Open an account in Jordan digitally

You can now open an account in Jordan while in the UAE through “Arabi Mobile” app easily and securely

This process is designed to provide existing Arab Bank Jordanian customers residing in UAE with the capability of opening a digital account in their home country/ Jordan. (Account opening terms and conditions apply)

  • You need to access “Arabi Mobile” app and click on “become a client”.
  • You will be able to register to “Arabi Mobile” app directly from within the digital process upon account creation
  • Account will be activated within 48 hours maximum
  • Debit card will be delivered to your branch in UAE.
  • In case there was a need to visit the branch, you can visit your branch in UAE and your account number will be generated from there if all conditions were met.

Required documents

  • Jordanian National ID
  • Proof of work & address
  • Passport
  • Residency visa
