Terms & Conditions:

1. The campaign period is from 22nd May until 5th June, 2026.
2. The campaign is open to eligible Arab Bank UAE customers holding valid AB credit cards.
3. To qualify, customers must complete eligible hotel stay transactions with a minimum cumulative spend of AED 1,500 during the campaign period.
4. Eligible transactions are limited to:

• Payment made directly to hotels or hotel accommodation providers.
• Hotel booking transactions completed using Arab Bank Credit Cards, through POS terminals, hotel websites, or approved booking platforms.

1. Customers who meet the campaign criteria will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win A 2-night family stay at a 5-starts hotel in Dubai.
2. The prize includes accommodation only unless otherwise specified by the bank. Transportation, additional meals, tourism fees, personal expenses, and any extra charges incurred during the stay are not included.
3. The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted after he campaign end date, in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and the Bank’s internal procedures.
4. The winner will be contacted using the mobile number registered with the Bank. If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period determined by the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. The hotel booking, stay dates, and related arrangements will be subject to hotel availability and the partner hotel’s policies and conditions.
7. Employee of Arab Bank UAE are excluded from participation in the campaign.
8. Arab Bank reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.
